GRECO ROMAN FIGURAL RING 300-100BC, SIZE 9 3 Late 9th-early 11th century ADGilt bronze, size 9 with 1. 2mm round section band and lenticular bezel engraved with an eagle. The image somewhat worn, but according with other examples of eagle rings of the period. Used both as a fashion accessory and a signet. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored for modern wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
